This crane runway is currently used to handle fish meal. It is attached to the long side of a 1920s building that has lost most of its functions and is set for partial dismantling. The concrete components of the runway exhibit damages like spalling, cracks and reinforcement corrosion.

To answer the question posed to us we placed measuring instruments on the construction - in a tailor-made way that allowed us to analyse the load transfer during crane operations.
